Small Welcome Awnings

I have recreated my ‘original welcome awnings’ and made them smaller! These are 2x2 instead of the original 4x4 version. There are 2 files included via .Zip be sure to put both packages in your mods folder. One is with the simlish ‘Welcome’ text, and one without text. Enjoy!

Update 10/17/16 - Updated to 30 color pallet.

This is a standalone item, and will not override any other items.
