I’ve been getting tired of the same old decor for Sims 4, so I am starting a conversion project for each of The Sims 3 expansions and stuff packs. This is my third ‘University’ Inspired pack. Please enjoy these 18 surface items for your game! All items come in 11 maxis match woods and/or my 30 color pallet, they also have their original TS3 prices and descriptions! Everything also has tons of slots, for all your clutter needs!
Update 4/9/17: Fixed specular, Fixed shadows, added slots, retextured and recolored everything.
