PVC Tube Top

I shared this on TSR as an exclusive download. But as I am no longer on TSR and that version no longer works. I thought I would update it and share it here on tumblr for all of you! So, here you have a simple PVC tube top for your teen-elder female sims! It comes in my 30 color pallet. Enjoy!
